Through our client Cirque Productions, IEP was the production company for the 25th Anniversary of the National Foundation for Advancement in the Arts. The setting for this event appeared on the waterfront of Biscayne Bay in Miami, Florida. There were three tent structures specifically designed for the footprint of Biscayne Park, occupying nine acres. These included a reception tent, performance tent and a silent auction / dinner tent.

Award recipients for the evening included Michael Tilson Thomas, artistic director of the San Francisco Symphony and the New World Symphony, and Vanessa Williams, Tony and Grammy-nominated actor and singer. Guests included former award recipients Mikhail Baryshnikov, Placido Domingo, Jacques d’Amboise and Florida Governor Jeb Bush.

IEP was awarded the production project six weeks prior to the event. The scope of production responsibilities included audio, lighting, video, decor, set design and full branding of all multi-media elements.

As a Full-Resource production company, IEP integrated all production components into a highly creative environment. Since we own our equipment, we were able to arrive on-site two weeks prior to the event so that a systematic process of building each event space occurred as tent structures were erected.

We also set up a Creative Studio and continued the development of the branding elements, decor and set construction. Video integration throughout all guest areas was paramount - providing messaging, branding and viewing real-time events occurring in other areas of the event space.
