IEP supports 25th Anniversary
Founders celebrate milestone

Armughan Javaid

DULLES, VIRGINIA - Steve Case and Jim Kimsey returned to the Dulles campus of the online company they co-founded in 1985 to mark AOL Inc.’s 25th anniversary. Ted Leonsis, AOL's vice chairman emeritus, was also there, as was current CEO Tim Armstrong and about 2,000 other AOL employees and alumni.

IEP provided production elements to support this historic event. Over a two-day load-in, IEP designed the anniversary event in a 100' x 130' tent structure on the AOL campus in Dulles Virginia. IEP provided set design and staging, lighting, broadcast video and a full audio configuration.

To preserve this milestone event, IEP recorded the show with a multi-camera broadcast system, then uploaded the edited video to an anniversary link for all of AOL's employees to view the celebration.
