We are always striving to better our programs from one year to the next. A part of this growth is relying on IEP to keep us up to date on technological advancements in production tools. This is a key element to our creative process, as it allows us to constantly grow our ideas.
IEP was the chosen production company to support the transition events for Lincoln Financial in their recent acquisition of Jefferson Pilot. IEP produced two of their events back to back - one at the Broadmoor Resort in Colorado, and the other at the Atlantis Hotel in the Bahamas a few weeks later.
We took the client's vision of projecting video images onto scaled letters for the set that represented their corporate theme - Define Your Future. We built those letters to support the video elements, and then built the rest of the set to give it drama, depth and a universal application for the entire conference, to include headline entertainment for the final night - Kenny Loggins.
Very successful event. We then used the same set and production elements for the second event at the Atlantis Hotel in the Bahamas. As a Full-Resource production company, we were able to ship the set and our equipment via ocean containers and kept the same production crew in place for the second conference. This enabled IEP and Lincoln Financial to mirror the successes we had in Colorado, at the Atlantis in the Bahamas - where production issues can be quite a challenge.
Since bringing IEP on as our production company, our programs have steadily improved and our ideas seem to flow at a higher level. They understand the big picture and this is a major part of our success as a team.
