IEP was chosen to spearhead the growing production needs and logistical support needed for the INVESTools Investor Conferences at both the JW Marriot Grand Lakes in Orlando in February, and at the new McCormick Place West Building in Chicago in August.

IEP provided the Creative Services - video segments, set design and graphic elements. For Production, we provided all support elements - lighting, audio, video and audiovisual for multiple General Sessions and Breakout meetings.

Production, time and location. The JW Marriott Grand Lakes had another client occupying the INVESTools Investor Conference event spaces within 12 hours of the completion of their event. IEP had to design a general session environment with two different clients in mind. It needed to be distinctive yet flexible for each group who had very different programs.

IEP ended up producing the events for both companies – which provided an economy of scale to both organizations. IEP assigned a producer to each company who then worked individually and in tandem to provide a flexible set design, comprehensive lighting and video solutions, which ideally worked well for both clients.
