IEP has been a production partner for C.R. Bard for over 14 years. During this time, IEP has provided production services, audiovisual support, translation, talent / entertainment and creative services.
The most ambitious conference to date was the 2007 Global Sales and Marketing meeting in Orlando, Florida. This event hosted 2000 attendees from all over the World. IEP produced over 580 individual meetings with audiovisual and other support requirements over a six day period. C.R. Bard took-over two entire hotels and a portion of the Orange County Convention Center.
The logistical challenges in managing eleven different divisions in a six day period is enormous. This was C.R. Bard's 100th Anniversary.
Because IEP is a Full-Resource production company, we were able to assign a seasoned producer to each division so that these events operated both individually and as a collective entity. From audiovisual to set design and headline talent, IEP was able to blend its resources seamlessly to fully support the client's overall objectives.
The complexity of the meeting is almost impossible to describe. In addition to the corporate general sessions for all 2000 attendees, there were 11 other general session rooms, each with full production, staging and AV that were conducted concurrently.
