


We've been event consultants to Booz Allen Hamilton for the past 7 years. From tent structures to decor, catering, entertainment and budgeting, we have helped to grow employee expectations year after year. We have helped develop their RFP process, identify the best vendors and negotiate proposals with their Strategic Sourcing department. Throughout this process, we have co-produced these events with the BAH events team.
Logistics. Producing events for several thousand guests in multiple tent structures in the middle of December can be challenging. These environments are complete with flooring, heating, decor, lighting, entertainment and full-service catering.
Hire the best vendors possible. They are experienced entities and attract the best talent in the market. When you put an "A" team together, they have usually worked together on multiple projects throughout the year and are well-seasoned in the logistical elements of putting such a large event together - especially in the load-in and set up of the event. They are also well aware of the inspection process; conforming to county guidelines is second nature to their organization.
