Russell Sanders
Vice President, Creative | Strategic Marketing

Russell oversees the development of the creative process for all IEP productions. This division melds together the latest in technology for presentation, identifies new entertainment options, and develops creative for the various client services. These include video production, animation, graphics, scripting, décor, stage sets and overall branding. His marketing expertise helps to solidify both his clients’ success and IEP's footing as a Full-Resource production company.

Russell is the former Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for the Prosperity Food Group -- a multi-million dollar Event Management / Gourmet Food company located in the Washington DC area. Under Russell’s 10-year leadership, the company grew exponentially to become a major competitor in this market.

As an advertising executive on the West Coast, he supported sizable national campaigns -- both for print and electronic media -- for Wilson’s House of Suede and Leather, The Tinder Box, Small World Toys, American Banker and Fredericks of Hollywood, just to name a few. Russell supervised an impressive number of photographic and catalog projects for one of the West Coast’s largest photographic studios, located on the former back lot of MGM Studios in Culver City, CA.

As a video intern in Los Angeles, he participated in the editing process for three major motion pictures, distributed by Tri-Star and Columbia Pictures.

His experience leading large-scale events -- often for several thousand attendees -- includes events for more than 30 Heads of State, and dignitaries such as His Excellency The King of Jordon and President Bill Clinton. As a consultant and industry professional, his clients have included major corporations such as Booz Allen Hamilton, BearingPoint, The Freedom Forum, and The U.S. Chamber of Commerce.

Russell studied advertising and design at UCLA, marketing and business management at California State University at Los Angeles and completed the Design Program at the Advertising Center in Los Angeles.
